This enables your current or future leaders to have a sharp and recognizable image of their potential and how they can develop that further.

One of the instruments that we use for this purpose is our LPQ® (Leadership Portfolio Questionnaire). This is a questionnaire that gives our development- and assessment centers’ participants a unique idea about what motivates them, what are their strengths and growth opportunities, and how they deal with change and risk.
